On April 29th at 11:30 am, the California Healthy Workplace Advocates will host an educational event in the form of a Lunch and Learn titled 'Maximizing Profits by Transforming Toxic Work Environments' 

We will be holding this at 1200 Second Street in Old Sacramento, California on the Second Floor, in the room labeled 'Clubhouse'

This session aims to address the critical issue of a toxic work environment and what costs can be lowered and how a Toxic Work Environment can damage your business. We will include a 15-minute question and answer session following the presentation. We will cover several important topics, including:  

•Why a Toxic Work Environment is so costly to the Business Owners/Shareholders

•What kinds of policies are needed to Keep Out a Toxic Work Environment

•Investigations that are non-biased to either party

•Why you have to use Trauma Informed Processes to talk to the Claimant

•Prohibit Retaliation of a claim being filed

•What is Considered to Be a Toxic Work Environment

•How is the Targeted Person Affected By Workplace Bullying

•What costs are lowered by keeping a non-toxic work environment

•You will see a real Brain Scan and how the brain is affected
